Dear Partner,
We do hope you, your family and your teams are safe and in good health.
Never has sharing time and special moments with our families and loved ones been so important, and this will for sure remain for a long time.
This month of May 2020 looks like a new start for all of us in Christofle! We restarted our manufacture in Yainville and our boutiques are progressively reopening to welcome our clients. While many things have changed due to implementation of social distancing and safety measures, I’m pleased to let you know that all our employees are extremely enthusiastic to come back to work and do what we are here for: serve our clients.
The pandemic is still evolving globally, and we sincerely hope you are also – or will soon be able to - moving forward and resuming your business.
As your partner we are here to support you and look forward to sharing ideas and solutions that could help you rebound faster. Our sales and marketing teams are keen to reconnect with you and have prepared commercial actions and assets to review with you.

Dear customers and partners,
In the past weeks and days COVID-19 (Corona virus) has not only changed daily life, but has also had an impact on business life.
In the interest of our employees and our customers, we have implemented the guidelines and recommendations of German authorities. Wherever possible, our employees work from home. This means for you that your known contacts can be reached by phone or e-mail as usual. We look forward to your message or call and will be happy to support you.
Important to know: Our production and dispatch are currently running as usual. In addition, we will continue to do everything possible to remain functional as a company.
We will continue to monitor the situation on a daily basis in order to make the best decisions for you and our employees.

Lead times are currently expected to remain at 8-10 weeks (orders placed from 25th March will be considered effective from 4th May)

Orders may ship in full or in part within this lead time depending on the nature of production capacity - please note it is not possible to confirm the lead time or exact delivery date of individual orders that are within the standard lead time

Sample requests, bespoke prices, order queries and some other requests may be delayed whilst the factory returns to capacity - Portfolio Luxe will continue to provide responses and resources where possible to mitigate and manage these effects

This is the most recent update from International Director, Charles-Henri Leroy:
Dear customers,
As you all know Europe has been hit by the covid-19 virus.
The Hermès Group has made the decision to close all the factories as per today. Only the fragrance factory will remain opened to produce some hydroalcoholic gel.
Therefore Saint-Louis factory is now closed for two weeks time. However, the customer service department and the International Commercial team will remain at your disposal anytime.
Of course you can continue to place orders even if the production will be delayed by at least 2 weeks.
I thank you for your understanding and your support. We will, of course, keep you informed of the evolution of the situation.

Dear Customers and friends,
Unfortunately, here in Italy, from today until April 3rd the government has forced the shut down of all the factories.
We are really sad, our work is our oxygen and we hope we can get back to breathe again really fast.
Despite our production is closed, I wanted to let you know that we are committed to continuing our work with dedication in order to guarantee our customer and commercial services. The customer care and commercial team will be there for any inquiry or need.
