Gien - AW26 New Collections
Les Vases à Oranger

"Les Vases à Oranger" collection is the result of a collaboration between Palace of Versailles and Gien. The theme of this design is, more specifcally, the Palace's gardens, the absolute masterpiece of the "King of Gardeners" and the King's gardener: André Le Nôtre.
At the heart of the gardens, Faïencerie de Gien has chosen to highlight bronze orange tree vases. There are six of them; each is unique and constitutes a true treasure of the decorative arts. Drawing on historical engravings depicting this exceptional collection, Gien has reinterpreted these vases to make them the centerpiece of the collection.
Each piece features a border that reflects these themes: plant architecture and the art of trellising. Particular care was taken in the treatment of the motifs to highlight the "engraving effect" of the historical document from which the collection draws its inspiration.
The colour palette - a monochromatic scheme of greens and khaki - bridges the tender freshness of gardens with the bronze patina of the vases, all punctured by the vibrant pop of orange, giving the collection an effect that is both classic and light.
Blending historical heritage with everyday elegance, "Les Vases à Oranger" collection offers a refined, fresh, and timeless vision of the French art of living.
These pieces can be paired with the Pont aux Choux Emerald green or Coral cups, as well as with the Ocean Blue, Fern or Coral Filets.
Filet Fougère
A new Les Filets colour: Fern green

A new colour has been added to Gien's rainbow of handmade Filets: Fern green. This shade echoes the green found in the Filet Noël collection and will therefore pair easily with those pieces as well as other Christmas plates. Inspired by the colour of plants - as suggested by its name - "fern" - it can also be used during other seasons, including spring.
Timeless, simple, and refined thanks to the elegance of the hand-crafted line and the traditional shell shape, this collection can be displayed on its own or paired with your favourite pattern. Bright and natural, this colour will complement many of Gien's designs, such as Les Vases à Oranger, Millefleurs, Toscana, Chance Folle, and more.
Les Dépareillées
New gifting, home decor and tableware items

Gien presents a new interpretation of the "Vues d'Orient" and "Monogramme" motifs in the green and blue "Les Dépareillées" collection, drawn from its 19th century archives. The "Vues d'Orient" theme prominently featured in this collection, depicts exotic architectural landscapes inspired by a Western fantasy of the Orient.
Gien is expanding its range of gifts and home decor items, offering three sizes of vases, three sizes of square candy trays, a round candy box, and a scented candle whose "Rêve d'Orient" fragrance also invites you to travel and escape.
This collection expansion also includes new tableware items designed to meet all your dining needs.
Mixing patterns and styles will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere at your table. Paid the green and bleu "Les Dépareillées" with the solid-colour "Pont aux Choux" white and "Rocaille" white collections.
The green "Les Dépareillées" pieces will pair perfectly with the Pont aux Choux Emerald green and kaolin white cups or "Les Filets" fern pieces.
As for the blue "Les Dépareillées" pieces, they pair perfectly with Pont aux Choux sky, cobalt, and kaolin white cups or "Les Filets" blue and cobalt colours.
Chalet & Féerie
Christmas collection
Find out what's new this year to complete your collection and decorate festive tables. The Féerie and Chalet pieces will bring colour and warmth to your tables, allowing you to spend sweet moments with your loved ones.
Féerie 2026
This collection embodies a chic, elegant, and authentic aesthetic, where exquisite details and clean lines come together. The bow, a refined recurring motif, appears throughout the collection, while pearls, golden and red berries add sparkle and cohesion. These chic, luminous touches harmoniously contrast with the presence of more natural, "raw" materials, such as rattan (Santa's sack, decorations..). The textile motif, inspired by tartan, is also highlighted and enriches the collection with its Christmas hues. An invitation to celebrate Christmas in a world where every detail is designed as an exceptional piece, blending reimagined tradition with gentle modernity.
Chalet 2026
This year, the Chalet collection continues to evoke a warm and authentic snowy winter atmosphere. It features design elements shared with the Féerie collection, sich as bows, tartan fabric, berry wreaths, and rattan (Santa's hat). In the background, through the windows, reinterpreted archival designs interact with this year's theme. The poinsettia, a Christmas flower, enhances the botanical elements of the scene. The setting comes subtly to life with the presence of a squirrel and a robbin, reinforcing the connection to nature. As every year, the plate's rim features different colours. Chalet thus offers an authentic atmosphere blending natural references with a poetic Christmas spirit.
